1. What is the Hybrid Human Program? It’s an 8-week training experience designed to help you become fitter, faster, and stronger —build endurance, strength, and confidence while training alongside a likeminded community.
2. Do I need to be fit to start? Nope. This program is for all fitness levels. Whether you’re just getting back into training or want to push to the next level, we scale the workouts to meet you where you're at — and then help you level up.
3. I’ve never done HYROX before — is this for me? We’ll teach you the fundamentals, coach you through every station, and help you build a race-ready engine. It’s perfect for first-timers and returning competitors who want structure, support, and serious progress.

5. What if I miss a session? Life happens — we’ve got you. Each session is structured so you can adjust. You’ll also get training support outside of the sessions so you stay on track.
6. Is this a group or individual program? It’s a group experience with personal attention. You’ll be surrounded by others chasing the same goals, with coaches supporting you every step of the way. Expect community vibes, not bootcamp barking.

8. What gear do I need? Just the basics:
