Monday Lower Body Strength + squat Mechanics strength & improve (team intervals + Running)
Tuesday HYROX Engine (Aerobic Capacity)Longer intervals or zone 2/3 work (row/ski/bike/run)
Wednesday Upper Body Push/Pull + Core & carries
Thursday Hybrid Strength Alternate weeks: Barbell cycling / Stations / Skill work (Strength + Cpnditioning focus)
Friday Deadlifts + Hybrid ConditioningPosterior chain + full-body functional (Farmer Carries, Lunges etc)
Saturday
7:30am: HYROX Race Simulation/Station Intervals (Race Ready) Full Sim or Pacing Workout w/ splits (like a dress rehearsal)
8:30am: TEAMZ Community builder — rotate between partner WODs / relays / teams of 4
OUR CLASSES
Our program is designed for fitness lovers, HYROX enthusiasts and anyone seeking a fresh start with a vibrant, supportive community.
Each week is broken into two unique training focuses, building on every session to help you get fitter, stronger, and more confident as you progress.
BUILD: Strength and power come first. These workouts help you develop speed, gain lean muscle, and drop unwanted body fat.
HYBRID A perfect mix of cardio and functional strength using lighter weights and everyday movements.
HYROX: HYROX sessions run every Tuesday and Saturday, designed to get you race-ready and feeling your best. (More Cardio)
TEAMZ: This is where we bring it all together, using elements of BUILD, HYBRID, and HYROX we set team targets over a 50-minute work window and go at them together.
